This week I am giving you the skinny on the queen of herbs, Tulsi, otherwise known as Basil in English.
In India Tulsi, Holy Basil, or Thai Basil, which are native of the country, is considered one of the best herbs for healing the mind, body and spirit.
Tulis is part of the mint family and is rich in many nutrients that contribute to your health and beauty.
