Kombucha Bubbly Rose Aperol Spritz

Kombucha Bubbly Rose Aperol Spritz

You guys! My bachelorette party is THIS WEEK.

I really can’t believe it. This year (and my engagement) have blown by SO fast.

WHAT IS LIFE?!

Thanks to Health-Ade Kombucha we will be drinking in style & health during my bachelorette weekend.

But First.

What is Kombucha?

Simply put: fermented tea with a culture of yeast and bacteria, packed full of antioxidants and probiotics.

Kombucha has been proven to help with gut health, detoxification of the body and cholesterol (among other things)

Kombucha has always been a weird thing for me. The fermentation is tricky and either you love it or you hate it.

Kombucha Bubbly Rose Aperol Spritz

I have had plenty of bad experiences with Kombucha, however Health-Ade has been able to make a delicious product that doesn’t taste so funky and mixes it with a variety of flavors like their Bubbly Rose.

The Bubbly Rose is packed with hints of fruity and tart hawthorn berry, mangosteen, and pink rose, so OBVIOUSLY I decided to create a cocktail with it!

No inventing the wheel here.

I take my fave summertime aperitif – Aperol Spritz – stirred in a little of the Health-Ade Bubbly Rose Kombucha and BOOM – an easy way to incorporate a little fermentation into your life.

NOW. Let’s get to sippin.

Congrats to your party! It looks really fun and let me remind you to drink moderately. Yes, it only happens once for some but that once can make changes!

The color of this drink is fresh and fabulous! I have never tried kombucha or aperol but since it is fermented and effervescent I can imagine that it adds a lot of flavor and even more sparkle to an average aperol spritz.

Kombucha is most likely in your local grocery store!
