Hi!
How was everybody’s weekend?
I am not going to lie…I am currently on the couch, in my pj’s nursing a late Saturday night hangover.
Things are rough for me right now, but I have taken my magical, honey hangover elixir, here, and all should be well soon.
In the meantime I am keeping it short and sweet.
Today I am sharing my easy, 6 ingredient Peanut Butter Fit Balls.
They are a quick, on the go snack, made in minutes, packed with healthy fats and fiber, to help keep you full in between meals.
J and I often don’t have time to sit down for breakfast in the morning, so these bites are helpful to get us to that next meal.
(skipping breakfast, not recommended)
They are simply made with only 6 ingredients: peanut butter, vanilla granola, hazelnut, honey, flax seed and dark chocolate chunks. All the items are tossed into one bowl, and guess what?…no baking required!
The best part about this recipe is that it is super versatile. You can sub many of the ingredients for healthy items of your choosing, like chia seeds, protein powder, dried fruits, shredded coconut…whatever really!
These easy 6 Ingredient Peanut Butter Fit Balls can easily pass as dessert as well. So TREAT YO’ SELF.
Have an amazing week!
