The creamy, pudding like texture, the flagrant burnt orange color, and of course, the taste! Below I have included my quick, easy and delicious recipe for you to enjoy! This recipe can be easily modified to incorporate any flavors that your heart desires.

Ingredients
  1. 2 Sweet potatoes
  2. 2 tbsp butter
  3. ¼ cup milk
  4. ¼ cup orange juice
  5. 2 tsp fresh ginger
  6. 1 tsp cayenne
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Peel, cut and boil potatoes until tender and easily pierced by a knife or fork, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain.
  3. Puree in blender or food processor until slightly chunky.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add milk, orange juice, butter, ginger and cayenne, puree until smooth, but not runny.
  6. Serve warm.
