GUYS –
I am starting to get my ass into gear for summer!
Like, its time, right?
You know how obsessed I am with food…I don’t believe in depriving myself. HOWEVER + you have to stay healthy.
Let me set the scene real quick:
Me: I have two vacations in May I need to be skinny
Everyone else: why don’t you just work out?
Me: I am and will, but I need to do something DIFFERENT. Something I haven’t tried before
Google: Do WHOLE 30
riveting story, eh?
*laughs to herself*
In all seriousness. I don’t believe in dieting. I believe in healthy lifestyle choices, so I thought, why not give WHOLE 30 a go?
Yes, there are a lot of things like sugar, dairy, legumes, alcohol that you cannot consume during the month, but that’s OK.
I want to challenge myself and see what my body can do + it will be a nice challenge to see what yummy recipes I can come up with while being Whole 30 compliant.
My plan is to drop 10lbs, get my bootay into gear at the gym and yoga, and then ultimately fit myself into these super cute swimsuits.
Once the 30 days are over, I’ll see how I my body feels and then maybe start to incorporate some NO stuff back into my diet…OR maybe i’ll enjoy this new lifestyle change!
DON’T WORRY. i’ll bring ya’ll along for the ride
Have any of you done Whole 30 before?
If you have any tips or recipes for me, they are more than welcome!
+ can we talk about these swimsuits real quick?
TOTALLY obsessed with the one piece look.
I feel like a one piece is V classic and never goes out of style. Am I right?
Adore me has about a zillion styles of one piece swimsuits (and two piece suits) to choose from + they celebrate a woman’s body by offering all sorts of sizes. Like for me, I have a big hip and butt area, but I am small on top. It was easy for me to find something in my size with their size guide.
Did I mention they have lingerie, active wear , lounge wear and bridal wear?! + you can sign up for a membership to save yourself some dolllla dollaaaa bills!
alright, I’m going to go eat some cheese while I still can and get my head into vacation mode – bye!
Xx

I’ve never tried this diet but I’ve heard good things about it. It definitely washes out the toxins in your body as well, since you’ll be eating clean for 30 days. I’m sure you’ll do amazing and you’ll get the results that you’re aiming for!
I love the one piece look. My gf would look good on it. Will pass this post to her. 🙂 I think she’ll need to lose some weight too before summer time.
I have heard about it but never tried it before, I need to lose some weight before summer so maybe I should consider starting it.
Never tried this diet…or any diet at all to be honest! I always tried but always stopped after 2 days basically. But please let me know how it is!
I will! I hope i can make it through~
I have never tried Whole 30 challenge but few of my girlfriends have tried this! But you need to have a balanced diet after completing this challenge! I love your swimsuit and it gives a perfect Spring vibe!
I love the black and white one piece swimsuit because it has such a classic vintage feel about it. I have not embarked on a Whole 30 challenge but many of the items that are forbidden are foods that aggravate inflammation so I avoid them as much as possible anyway.
yes! total vintage vibes!
yesss, here we go, summer and late springs are almost here!Tomorrow it will be quite warm where I live and I’ll give a last chance to my swimsuits of the last year 🙂
Those look like some beautiful swimsuits to fit into. I am sure you will look amazing in them. Good luck with your 30 day challenge and I hope it all goes well.
Thanks David!
Oh I love the pretty floral swimsuit! I need a new swimsuit, mine is a little worn , I just feel very self conscious in one!
I adore the floral bathing suit!! I need to get a new one – mine are all solid. I definitely need to consider a patterned one. So cute for sure! 🙂
Haha I have given up on losing weight, Or I dunno. It seems that everything I does not work anymore. Sigh, but yeah, I agree with healthier eating and living as a whole. If not for myself, at least for my kids.
I agree with the one-piece V-neck swimsuit. It’s a classic. 😀
I never heard about the concept of the Whole30 but I’d love to follow your journey through it, so please share the experiences, as I could really use a great diet after I’ll give birth in May.
I would be happy to help and i will be chronicallying my journey
I’ve been between doing Whole 30 and Keto diet, I’m still researching the differences to find out which one is more restrictive! Also, these swimsuits are too adorable!
