It’s been a few weeks but I am FINALLY sharing what went down on my bachelorette.

There are legit SO MANY details, but I’ll try to round it all up into 1 post….maybe… we’ll see. I mean, you guys want the full picture, right?

NO detail left un-turned, k? cool, let’s go!

The Arrival:

My bachelorette was a cool, count’em, 5 days, 4 nights, in Denver, Colorado. Woo

Hold on: before I get into the arrival you have to know how we arrived on Denver as the location.

In a nutshell:

♡ I had never been before and have always wanted to go

♡ I wanted to go somewhere we could do outside activities like hike and white water raft

♡ I wanted some place relaxing and laid back

♡ I wanted somewhere we could toke in piece! Smoking > Drinking

Ok, let’s get back to it.

THE ARRIVAL.

We took an early as fuck flight leaving Boston at 5 am and arrived in Denver by mid-morning. After almost watching someone lose their hand in the train from the terminal to baggage claim, we stopped by Snooze to start the bach off right with a boozy brunch. After brunch we decided to take care of some VERY important business….booze, food and weed.

The dispensary was my favorite part and for some of the girls it was their first time in one. If you haven’t been in one before let me set the scene. Think a liquor store, but with cannabis goodies and a “budtender” to answer all your burning questions and help you pick out the right goodie and best way to consume based off your experience and consumption level – this is going to be a WHOLE OTHER post soon.

Obiv, we stayed in this dope Aibnb…I mean, who stays in hotel rooms anymore? When we arrived, the house was decorated beautifully!

The theme of the weekend was #campkomal so the decorations included a camp itinerary, camp rules and postcards from camp! It was SO CUTE. The house was adorbs and had this awesome outdoor seating area we spent most of our time.

We spent the first night relaxing at the house, sipping on whiteclaws (duh), smoking that good good and waiting for everyone to arrive.

OH, you can stay at our exact house, here.

Day 2:  White Water Rafting & Private Chef Life

First of all, literally every dude in Denver is ridiculously good looking. I repeat GOOD LOOKING….& our white water rafting guides did not disappoint.

I have never been rafting before….in fact, only one of us had been before so we were all a bit weary of how intense the rapids were going to be, although once we saw some kids jumping into the raft we knew we were going to be fine.

I led the helm along with my bridesmaid Julia. At first we were scared but once we got into the water we became experts, FAST. We ready for our guide to veer us off course and hit those class 5 rapids.

NOT.

Let’s just say we didn’t suck, but I doubt we’ll be guiding anyone done river.

One of the things I requested during this bachelorette was a cannabis dinner! I mean we are in DENVER for crying out loud. I wanted to take full advantage of being there.

My MOH and Bridesmaid tagged teamed the whole weekend and this dinner was no exception.

Cultivating Spirits – a high end cannabis dining experience came into our home and served us a 3 course meal with cannabis pairing.

Each dish was paired with a different strain of weed and our cannabis sommelier, Philip, walked us through the profile of each strain; its color, smell, texture, density, etc.

It was WILD. We learned stuff like if your strain smells citrusy it is most likely a Sativa and an upper. If it smelled earthier, it was more like a Indica and a downer.

Let me tell you , this night was so fucking fun! I don’t think I have laughed so hard before. I made sure to get pictures of the girls before, during and after. Sneakily, I didn’t get any of myself. HA! Don’t worry ladies, I won’t share the pictures…now..

I have to admit, the actual food was just AIGHT….not enough seasoning and kind of just plain, but the staff was lots of fun and they showed us a really good time.

Day 3: Limo Shit

Don’t ask me why, but my ass got up and did yoga that morning. No idea why, but a few of us went and it made me feel like I earned the debauchery for the rest of the day.

*cracks open a whiteclaw as soon as she gets back from her work out*

TODAY was the day I had been waiting for! The girls had told me there was a surprise and  I genuinely had no clue.

I thought maybe we were going to a grow house, or zip lining or some crazy intense hike.

Up pulls the limo. A GIGANTIC stretched hummer limo appeared in the driveway, we got in and we were off.

I put on my bachelorette vibes playlist on Spotify, here, & we rocked out to plenty of Shania, Boy Bands, Britney and of course a little Biggie and Luda!!! – picture this but with us swigging out of a warm bottle of tequila and chasing with warm Modello’s. Sounds delicious, right?!

Anyyways, as the limo is curving and turning its way up a mountain I see a sign…..

Like a literal sign, not an ambiguous one  from the heavens.

“RED ROCKS it glares.”

I couldn’t believe it! Red Rock is def a bucket list item and the venue was more than I could have imagined.

Nestled between some stunning rocks, a body of water and a landscape that just goes ON…it was definitely a breath taking sight.

On the roster for the night? REBELUTION with Collie Buddz opening.

Legit. The day couldn’t have been more perfect. I felt like I was with my people! We were all free, dancing, drinking and puff puff passing.

That night we went to dinner and explored the bar scene & on the last day we did the same. Walked around downtown Denver visited their cute shops and of course ate more yummy food!

I managed to squeeze in everything we did over the bachelorette weekend, which was a lot! If you want more details on the event just send me a message and I will give you the super low down on the smoker chic décor and how to plan a cannabis themed bachelorette.

Love you!

Looks like you had a great one and congratulations on the upcoming wedding. I have actually never heard of a cannabis sommelier, where have I been all this time?

Isn’t it crazy! The actual term is “interpener.” Wild!

That sounds like some good fun. Is there any relation between your rafting skills and the smoking on the night before?
I believe there are bits and pieces missing in this story 😉

Wow! This looks like a very interesting bachelorette. All the bachelorettes I’ve attended were pretty standard… some were also too wholesome. HAHA. Congratulations and goodluck on the wedding!

It looks like you all had a great time, lots of memories and laughter, very different to mine which was very tame in comparison to yours
