I had been craving this chicken dish for a few weeks now, so I finally called my mom and asked her to share her recipe with me. Jeera (Cumin) Chicken is a very popular dish in Indian homes. It is one of my favorite chicken dishes of all time (my brother loves it too!). It is a lovely dish consisting of skinless chicken, cooked on the bone, with cumin, and other spices. It can be made wet or dry, although, often, it is made dry. The version I made is wet; I haven’t mastered the technique of dry Jeera Chicken yet.
