Short & Spicy: Wine + Newness

Maple Valley Vineyards

Hi!

Sorry for being MIA last week…I had a project that I was working on that needed my full attention (details to come in 2018). Did I miss anything good?

Over the weekend I was lucky enough to be part of the Maple Springs Vineyard fall harvest in Pennsylvania.

I went down with my best friends to their aunt’s property which was set on a gorgeous farm.

Think old school farmhouse renovated into a farm palace, on top of rolling hills lined with Chardonnay, Syrah and Gruner grapes, finished off with goats, horses and a stunning wood backdrop.

Yeah. It was pretty awesome.

We spent the day picking the grapes off the vines and followed them up with the crushing process of removing sticks, stems, leaves and bad grapes from the bunch.

We sipped wine, ate great food and enjoyed pleasant company. Not a bad way to spend a weekend, right?

Did you do anything fun? What are the plans for the remainder of the week?

I’ll be back next week in full force with a BRAND NEW RECIPE coming for ya on Monday, a lifestyle post on Wednesday and a beauty post on Friday.

I am always looking for your feedback on what you want more of! More Recipes? What kind?

More Lifestyle? Like what? Travel, pets, DIY, home?

Or do you want more Pretty Things? Fashion? What are you into? Beauty? Do you like my at home beauty treatments to live by? Which ones would you like to see more of?!

SO MANY QUESTIONS.

The Sweet and Masala community is based off wayyyy more than me. It’s about you too, so give me the deats!

Remember, today is wine Wednesday, so snuggle up with a nice glass and dive into the drama of AYTO (my guilty obsession of a show).

I’m so picky when it comes to wine, haha. But my family loves wine tasting!
