Boozy Gummy Bears

Gahhh, can you believe Christmas has come and GONE.

Damn.

That was so fast!

How were your holidays? Did you get to spend time with loved ones?

I got the stunningly, beautiful white Christmas that I asked for and it was amazing!

We just relaxed all day and watched a few Christmas movies, including Die Hard, because I had promised Justin hehe.

I was #blessed with a new Michael Kors bag and a super cute Torey Burch Crossover purse.

Santa was good to me this year!

anyways.

Boozy Gummy Bears

There was no new post yesterday, but don’t worry, I have you covered over the next few days for ALL THINGS CHAMPAGNE, starting first, with my 3 ingredient, couldn’t get any easier than this, BOOZY GUMMY BEARS.

Oh yeah, move aside Sugarfina, your girl got this for $10 for over 100 gummy bears!!! None of this $25 a bag shit. That being said, most higher quality Rosé and Champagne will cost you over $10, however, why get the expensive shit? It’s for candy after all! (I am a huge fan of La Marca Prosecco though).

This recipe is super versatile and you can use it with whatever alcohol you prefer, or just use a bit of food coloring and fruit flavoring to make yourself a less sugary and kid approved version of the treat.

Boozy Gummy Bears

Your friends will be super impressed when they see the champagne glasses full of the homemade, boozy, gummy bear treats!

For this recipe I used a Brut Rosé, but feel free to use Champagne, brut or extra dry, or even Prosecco!

Simply mix gelatin, sugar and the boozy booze of your choice, put into molds, set for 15 minutes and BOOM you are done.

Boozy Gummy Bears

Told you this was easy!

Happy almost New Years Eve Everyone!

Recipe Notes

When heating the alcohol, make sure to keep over low heat and do not let it boil. We don’t want the alcohol to burn off! You can use the same recipe for regular Champagne, Prosecco, or other types of alcohol.

Great post with beautiful photographs. Liquored up gummies sounds like something I could get into. And yes, Die Hard is a fantastic Christmas movie. It even has Christmas in Hollis by Run DMC.

I’d had to go with the kid approved version, but I absolutely love the idea. As far from the jello shots I had as a teen as you could get, haha. I gotta try this!

I don’t take alcohol but am definitely up for the kid-approved version of these delicious looking treats. I love chewy sweets so this is right up my alley!

The key would be to make sure that the alcohol doesn’t burn off. This does sound very yummy. I am sure it’s delicious. Just keep out of reach of my daughter though as she might think it was too fun and try to take a taste. Although I can think of non alcoholic ways to spruce that up for her. Just have to find the gummy molds.
